Make sure you’re all set for Ladies Day 2026 at Royal Windsor Racecourse, featuring 70’s Disco Inferno. Saturday, June 27th 2026 is the date this time around on which you can experience a mesmerising mixture of fun, fashion, music and live horse racing.
We have a great afternoon of Flat turf horse racing to kick things off. Once the thoroughbred action is over for the day, the fun continues with a full evening of live 70’s music. We’re taking things all the way back to when groove rules. Picture classic disco anthems, party classics and shiny disco balls. Get your night fever on and experience a racing ladies’ day and night like no other.
All of the racing, music and betting fun is set against the iconic Windsor Racecourse of the River Thames and the Berkshire countryside. Don’t miss out.
Ladies Day 2026 Race Timings & Location
You’ll have no trouble finding the racecourse. The track sits only 25 miles west of London off the M4 and can be accessed by boat from the Thames. For the majority, the easiest way is to jump off the train at either Winsor & Eton Central or Winsor & Eton Riverside.
Regardless of how you arrive, the scenery will be set for you. Walk around the racecourse, sample the hospitality areas or simply use a general admission ticket. The Riverside Boat Package is another possibility. A great atmosphere and brilliant views of the track await.
Timings
Currently, the timings for Windsor’s 2026 Ladies Day and 70’s Disco Inferno are:
- Gates open at 11:35am (TBC)
- First race is due off at 1:35pm (TBC)
- Last race is due off at 5:40pm (TBC)
- 70’s ‘Disco Inferno’ music takes over after the final race
Once the last race is over, the presentations have been made and the jockeys have weighed in, it’s all about the music. Dancing queen’s will then be all over the lawn as the big stage blasts out some nostalgic 70’s tunes. Before all the 70’s fun, the racing takes precedence so make sure you check out all the turf action.
Racing Action Before the 70’s Disco Inferno

Opening and race start times can still change. We’re expecting at least six to eight races on the card. Last year, at the same fixture, there were seven races on the turf, and we expect a similar line-up to this:
- Race 1 – 1-mile apprentice handicap
- Race 2 – 6-furlong novice stakes
- Race 3 – 1-mile, 2-furlong novice stakes
- Race 4 – 1-mile, 3½-furlong handicap
- Race 5 – 6-furlong handicap
- Race 6 – 1-mile, 3½-furlong fillies’ handicap
- Race 7 – 5-furlong handicap
All the information you could need on the trainers, jockeys and horses will be in your racecard. You can collect one at the course or get it digitally. Keep an eye on your runners using the big screen, that will also show live action from elsewhere and the latest betting.
Once the horses get close to home, jump to the rail to see them fly past on their way up to the finish line. You can also view them up-close by watching them walk around the parade ring. All enclosures have food and drink, betting facilities and everything else you’ll need on Ladies Day 2026.
